The Wake, aka the Waking World, is a term used for our own reality in the Secret Histories universe. Most mortals live in ignorance of any reality beyond this one, though they may catch glimpses of what lies beneath the skin of the world through their dreams.

Though there is one Wake, its Secret Histories can be separated into five major branches, as well as many more minor ones, between which locations and events are different.
